Blom waar jy geplant is

Amen

In 2019 stap ons een oggend en ek tel 'n 10 sent op:

Daarop is 'n lelie en so begin my reis met blomme.

Ek sien een oggend die daglelies blom waar ek wag vir die Uber om my werk toe te vat:

Geel dag lelie

Wat beteken lelies in die Bybel? Ek dink aan "Lily of the valley" en gaan besoek Prof Google.

"Lily of the valley (Convallaria majalis) is a fragrant flowering plant used in religious ceremonies, world celebrations, perfumes and in gardens. Also known as the May lily, it means "return to happiness" and most often symbolizes chastity, purity, happiness, luck and humility." (https://www.gardenguides.com/13426295-what-is-the-meaning-of-lily-of-the-valley.html)

Dit herinner my ook aan die roos wat 'n maat van Jason vir my uit hout gekap het en in hierdie mooi papier toegedraai het - dit was vir my super spesiaal!

Ek gaan soek roos in die Bybel:
"THE WILDERNESS and the dry land shall be glad; the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the rose and the autumn crocus. It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the excellency of [Mount] Carmel and [the plain] of Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, the majesty and splendor and excellency of our God." Isaiah 35:1‭-‬2 AMPC
Iemand deel op 'n whatsapp groepie hierdie inligting oor "The Rose of Sharon":
"Isn’t this flowers that looks like it’s been crocheted stunningly beautiful?
It’s seeds lie dormant in desert sands for years and with the smallest amount of water, it begins to grow again. It’s called “The Rose of Sharon” - one of Jesus’ names. What a Creator we serve"

Dit praat met my siel!

The desert will rejoice and flowers will bloom in the wilderness:
The desert will sing and shout for joy; it will be as beautiful as the Lebanon Mountains and as fertile as the fields of Carmel and Sharon. Everyone will see the LORD's splendour, see His greatness and power. Give strength to hands that are tired and to knees that tremble with weakness. Tell everyone who is discouraged: Be strong and don't be afraid! God is coming to your rescue, coming to punish your enemies. The blind will be able to see, and the deaf will hear. The lame will leap and dance, and those who cannot speak will shout for joy. Streams of water will flow through the desert; the burning sand will become a lake, and dry land will be filled with springs. Where jackals used to live, marsh grass and reeds will grow. There will be a highway there, called The Road of Holiness. No sinner will ever travel that road; no fools will mislead those who follow it. No lions will be there; no fierce animals will pass that way. Those whom the LORD has rescued will travel home by that road. They will reach Jerusalem with gladness, singing and shouting for joy. They will be happy for ever, for ever free from sorrow and grief Isaiah 35:1-10
Many are facing a wilderness or desert journey.. But take heart, He will use our experiences here to cause this desert season to blossom. For in the desert the Father speaks and awakens our hearts to hear. The word for desert in Hebrew = the place of speaking.
There are ten named wildernesses in the desert wanderings of the Israelites. Moses led Israel from the Red Sea into the Wilderness of Shur. For three days they trekked through the wilderness without finding water Exo 15:22. Shur in Hebrew means = a wall, hemmed in, or limited. God led them along a wall what they could not escape. None of us are escaping the wilderness.. especially now with the worldwide coronavirus lockdown. We’re up against a wall to a place of limitation. It a place to trade our limitations for His limitless grace, mercy, love & power. Limitations are His veiled opportunities for His miracle provisions. Beloved there is a realm of plenty just beyond our limitations. The end of our strength is the beginning of His. The wilderness is a place in life we don’t want to be, but where His glory meets with our barren souls.
After a new revelation, a new test will often follow - As He heard the heavenly voice proclaim: My Son, you are My beloved one Luke 3:21–22 He was led into the wilderness to face the temptation of Satan. It was the Word of His Father that gave Him His strength to breakthrough. It’s in this land of limitation that our sonship is proven. Nothing will harm us when we find our place seated with our Father on His throne in the heavenly places.
Great problems often follow great victories - After the miracle of the parting of the sea, there’s usually a desert. The Israelites had just been delivered from their enemy at the Red Sea and were on their way to the promised land when, three days in when they experienced a shortage of water. Victory is often between the lessons we learn from our difficulties.
Testing comes before resting - When we turn our faces to Christ in the midst of pain and impossibility, Christlike character is formed within us. Miracles are meant to do more than bless us; they’re are also meant to show us that God’s faithfulness will not fail when the dry desert days come. The Israelites knew that God was powerful, but they did not yet know that He was good in all difficulties of life."

Wat ek moet leer is dat U goed is "in all difficulties of life". Hierdie is waarheid!

"In the midst of our difficulties God designs tests that teach us His ways - When we are thirsty and instead of sweet water we found the waters of Marah that is bitter and undrinkable. So the people vented their anger and grumbled against Moses and said, What are we to drink? Exo 15:24 - The Hebrews cried out to Moses for water, but not to God. But He alone can make all bitter waters sweet. Father can make all wrongs right.
We can shorten the wilderness by allowing God’s purpose to be fulfilled in it - The sooner we learn the lessons here, the sooner we will be promoted and given the grace to move out. We see the wilderness as outside circumstances around us, but it’s the wilderness within us that He is really after. We must go heart deep. The beginning of your miracle is at work inside you. Hope is an anchor that goes beyond to fasten our soul to Christ sure and steadfast. Run into His heart to hide yourself in His faithfulness.

Vader, ek hol na U ope arms. Ek gee hierdie .... oor. Here, help my want ek is swak.

We have this certain hope like a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God Himself Hebr 6:18–19. Even if we are up against a wall all we can do is run into His heart for safety! The character of God is a tower of strength, for the lovers of God delight to run into His heart Prov 18:10. Tower of strength is Hebrew = Migdal it can be translated as bed of flowers. When His character is perfected in us, it becomes like a bed of flowers: fragrant and peaceful. A beautiful resting place for our souls. May your heart be awakened!
The wilderness and dry land will be glad. The desert will rejoice and blossom like a lily. It will blossom profusely… Isaiah 35:1-2. Lean into Him and let Him arrange our priorities and remove our distractions. His strength will overshadow us and it will give us the courage and discipline to move forward with renewed focus."

Dit herinner my aan Ps 145:10-13:

Everything you have made will praise you, fulfilling its purpose. And all your godly lovers will be found bowing before you. They will tell the world of the lavish splendor of your kingdom and preach about your limitless power. They will demonstrate for all to see your miracles of might and reveal the glorious majesty of your kingdom. You are the Lord who reigns over your never-ending kingdom through all the ages of time and eternity! You are faithful to fulfill every promise you’ve made. You manifest yourself as kindness in all you do. Psalms 145:10‭-‬13 TPT

Vanoggend wil ek saam met Ps 145 jubel en juig vir wie U IS, my God en Here!

Hoe lyk dit by jou? Blom jy waar jy geplant is?

Seën vir jou hartsreis.
